3. Clean the gearbox: Since the wood pellet machine works in a harsh environment for a long time, the sealing parts are rarely replaced. The biomass pellet machine runs at high load for a long time, and the internal gears will be seriously worn, so the gearbox needs to be cleaned.
4. Clean the bearing chamber: Use a general press to clean the internal bearings after pressing out the main shaft, and clean the sludge in the bearings. If the sludge in the bearing chamber is not cleaned for a long time, it will not only increase the load of the equipment, but also cause the biomass pellet machine to consume a lot of energy and frequently choke the machine. It is time-consuming and laborious to disassemble the second time. If the main shaft and bearing chamber are worn too seriously, if they are directly reassembled without repair, the main shaft bearing of the biomass pellet machine will be unevenly stressed, which is easy to cause bearing damage.
Therefore, when performing after-sales service for our biomass pellet machine, it is not enough to simply replace the machine parts, but also to let the after-sales engineer check the roller mold, clean the oil circuit of the oil dispenser, clean the gearbox, clean the bearing chamber, repair the main shaft and bearing chamber of the bearing chamber, etc.
