It consists of vertical motor, ground-contact reduction gearbox, bearing chamber, die, pressure roller, slewing bearing, oiler, and lubrication pump.
Working principle of ring die pellet machine:
During operation, the material falls vertically from the feed port onto the main shaft frame plate, and the material is evenly distributed around the die through the rotation of the frame plate. Under the rolling of the pressure roller, the biomass material passes through the customized circular hole of the die, and produces physical changes under the strong extrusion of the pressure roller, which promotes adhesion and forms a cylindrical solid pellet that continues to lengthen. The pellet continues to lengthen until it is cut off by the cutter mounted on the independent slewing bearing to reach the required length, and then scraped to the discharge port by the scraper mounted on the slewing bearing. At this point, the pressing process of the pellet is completed.
