The ring die of the pellet machine has weak pressing force, large aperture, and the particle diameter exceeds the specification, so it must be replaced. 3. The output has dropped significantly, usually due to severe wear of the ring die. 4. The temperature of the ring die rises abnormally, indicating that the service life has expired. 5. If the inspection finds that there are cracks, marks, and deformations on the surface of the ring die of more than 5 cm, it must be stopped and replaced immediately. 6. If the surface is severely worn and there are obvious marks, which affect the particle specifications, it must also be replaced. 7. A large amount of particles, grease and other debris accumulate on the inner wall of the ring die, affecting the discharge, and it also needs to be replaced. In addition, you can use a vernier caliper to measure the outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, or use a wear tester to measure the degree of wear.
