1. The structure of the feed hopper: The feed hopper of the biomass pellet machine consists of an upper cover and a lower body: the upper cover is a detachable structure, and the lower body is a fixed structure. Its function is to prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber and affecting the normal operation of the machine. This part is made of wear-resistant alloy steel.
2. The structure of the crushing disc: The crushing disc is mainly composed of two parts: the upper blade group and the lower blade group (i.e., double-edged blade). The lower part is the transmission system and the bearing seat. The upper blade group is composed of a number of knives (each knife is composed of two toothed surfaces). Its main function is to cut the material into uniform pieces for easy screening, recycling and reuse. The function of the lower blade group is to grind the material into powder for screening and conveying.
