Die hole diameter: For ring dies with thickness, the smaller the ratio of die hole length to hole diameter, the larger the hole diameter, the easier it is for the material to be formed in the hole, and the smoother the surface of the finished pellets is, the less likely it is to crack, and the better the quality.
4. Die hole spacing: The die hole spacing is related to the properties of the pressed pellets. If you press pellets with small wear, you can use a ring die with a very close hole spacing. If you press pellets with large wear, you should use a ring die with a large hole spacing.
