6. Hot melt molding method: The hot melt molding method uses the low melting point characteristics of the product (generally below 300℃) to condense and crystallize the molten material into the required flake, strip, block, hemispherical and other shapes through a special condensation method.

According to the working principle of the molding equipment, it can be mainly divided into a rotary drum flaker and a rotary cold belt die-drop molding device. Drum flakes are a cooling crystallization process. The molten liquid in the material tray contacts the cooled drum to form a material film on the surface of the drum. Through the heat exchange between the material film and the drum wall, the material film is cooled and crystallized. The crystallized material film is scraped off by a scraper to become a flake product. The drum flaker has the advantages of compact equipment, high drum precision, good cooling effect, wide application range, and can be both flaked and dried. It can be widely used in the production of high-molecular products such as petroleum resins and polyethylene oligomers, as well as organic chemical products such as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and higher fatty alcohols.

The application of drum flakers in my country's powder industry has been relatively common, and the technology is relatively mature. The rotary cold belt die-dropping forming device adopts thin steel belt heat transfer and atomized spray cooling, which has good heat transfer effect, high cooling efficiency, fast material solidification and forming, and a wide range of material applications. It can produce products in various shapes such as hemispherical, strip, block, and thin sheets. The distributor and steel belt dual speed drive device can be adjusted according to production capacity and physical parameters, and automatic control is easy to achieve; the entire production process is pollution-free, the product purity is high, no impurities are brought in, and continuous operation is easy to achieve; due to the reversing bending of the steel belt at the unloading end, the solidified material layer is separated from the bonding surface of the steel belt, so there is less powdering during unloading, unloading is easy, and the pellet shape is easy to maintain.
