The ratio of different die hole diameters and thicknesses of pellet machine molds directly affects the quality and efficiency of pelletizing. When the die hole diameter of the pellet machine is relatively large, under a certain thickness, the larger the hole diameter, the smaller its aspect ratio. When the raw material passes through the die hole, due to the relatively large die hole diameter, the extrusion time of the raw material in the die hole is reduced, so it can produce a higher output, but it will also make the density of the produced pellets relatively low and very loose. On the contrary, if a small diameter die hole is used, the density of the produced pellets will be relatively high.
