First, the large pieces of raw materials are crushed by a crusher or a wood chipper. After the crushing is completed, the raw materials are transported to the crusher through a conveyor belt for crushing. If the moisture content of the crushed raw materials is too high, the raw materials need to be sent to the dryer for drying. After drying, the raw materials are sent to the pellet machine through a conveyor belt to start pelleting production. Raw materials with a moisture content of about 15% do not need to be dried. After crushing, they are directly sent to the biomass pellet machine for pelleting. After the biomass pellets are produced, the temperature is about 60 degrees. At this time, the pellets need to be conveyed to the cooler or the finished product cooling bin through a conveyor belt for cooling. The cooled pellets can be packaged by an automatic packaging scale.
