4. The compression ratio of the mold is not suitable: different materials require different compression ratio molds. A high compression ratio is also one of the reasons for the roller slipping.
5. Roller mold spacing: The gap between the roller and the ring die has a greater impact on the pelletizing efficiency, and 0.1-0.3 mm is appropriate. If it is pressed grass powder, it can be increased to 0.5 mm.
6. If there is accumulation after production and it is not drained away, it may solidify into hard lumps due to the high temperature during the next pellet making, which may cause the pellet machine to be unable to discharge materials normally.
