At this time, the extra powder fed cannot increase the output, nor will it cause the main motor current to increase. Instead, it can only continue to increase the powder pile accumulated in the machine until it fills up the inner cavity of the pellet machine and causes the pellet machine to fail to work normally. Of course, this special phenomenon rarely occurs in actual production (if the moisture content of the raw material is too high, the effective aspect ratio is too small, the roller is severely worn and the gap is not adjusted properly, the raw material is replaced, etc., this phenomenon may occur), which is a situation we do not want to happen.
