Why does the wood pellet machine have unstable current? (I)

As we all know, the roller of the wood pellet machine rotates at a constant speed, and the working state at each moment is basically the same. Assuming that the amount of feed material remains unchanged, the energy consumption should also be relatively stable. The current on the motor is also relatively stable. So when the current of the wood pellet machine is unstable, we need to find out the cause.

1. Adjust the feed amount when the wood pellet machine is working: As long as the material thickness in the feeding area is less than the maximum starting point of the pressing area, it will directly affect the effective working interval length of the pressing area and the extrusion area, and cause current fluctuations and changes in hourly output.

If the thickness of the feeding area is greater than the maximum starting point of the pressing area, then except for increasing the thickness of the material layer in the feeding area, it will not have any effect on the hourly output and energy consumption per unit time. It will no longer cause changes in current and hourly output.
