2. If the thickness of the material layer in the feeding area exceeds the maximum starting point of the compacting area, then the intervals of the compacting area and the extrusion area are constant and will not change. The angle of the area where the over-fed material is located is greater than the critical friction angle, and the material will not be caught in the compacting area. When the feed volume increases, the inlet and outlet balance will be broken, and the inlet will be greater than the outlet. The material layer in the feeding area will accumulate and become thicker until it fills all the gaps. The feed port will be blocked, causing the wood pellet machine to fail to work properly (or overflow from the secondary port of the feed cover), and the current will increase.
