Vertical Ring Die Pellet Machine.

1.Mould is static, roller rotates, and the material is vertically feed,and the feeding is more direct and smooth;

2.Vertical structure and ring die matrix, more conducive to heat dissipation and cooling;

3.Double-layer matrix design, two layer of holes, and one matrix can be used for dual purposes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

4.Independent discharge system, which will not affect the production of pellets 

Flat die pellet machine:

1.The Mould rotates, the pressing roller is static, the material is vertically feed, and the material is directly feed. However, due to the rotation of the matrix, the extruded pellets will be beaten twice with the Mould, resulting in poor pelleting forming effect.

2.The top of the flat die is covered with material, and there are finished pellets with

higher temperature below. The entire pressing chamber is relatively closed, and the heat dissipation and cooling effect is not ideal, which is not conducive to the service life of the bearing and the wear cycle of the easy-to-broken parts.

3.Borrowing the main power to move the material, the rotation speed is too fast, and the pellets rotate at a high speed when they are still in a hot state, which can easily cause damage to the finished particles.
