The wind enters the pipe from the middle of the cyclone separator, and then is discharged from the pipe through the fan to the cyclone dust collector at the back for dust removal. After dust removal, the exhaust gas Drain from above. Let's look at the direction of the hot wind. The hot air after combustion enters the three-layer rotary dryer and merges with the materials. During the contact between the hot air and the material, the hot air converts the moisture in the material into water vapor, drying the material, and the hot air carries the water vapor and is discharged through the rear pipe.
The drying distance of the three-layer rotary dryer is relatively long, and the drying efficiency of materials is higher. And it occupies a small area.
This kind of dryer is not suitable for drying materials with poor fluidity, such as corn stalks, bark and other long fiber and filamentous fiber materials. It is easy to cause the accumulation of materials and make it difficult to move materials.
