There are approximately four types of flat die pellet machines on the market. The first is the most primitive flat-die pellet machine. It has a structure in which the main shaft rotates with the die plate, and the pressed rollers are fixed with ear plates on both sides and the pressed rollers do not rotate. The characteristic of this flat die pellet machine is that some of the reducers below use the rear axle of a car, and some use a reducer. It is characterized by fast rotation speed, small speed ratio, and small torque. This type of pellet machine is not suitable for materials that are difficult to press. This flat-die pellet machine is suitable for pressing materials that have a large specific gravity and are easy to form, such as concentrated feed and organic fertilizer. It is not suitable for pressing biomass materials because biomass materials are lighter, have a small specific gravity and are relatively fluffy. Because the pressed roller of this flat die pellet machine does not move, the biomass material will be jammed by the pressure roller, making it difficult to unload the material. When it enters the pressing area, because the material is light and the friction is insufficient, the grinding disc is idling and the material cannot be discharged. It's hard to eat. Another most critical reason is that the reduction gearbox rotates too fast and is only suitable for suppressing materials with a small compression ratio. The compression ratio of biomass materials is too large, so it is not suitable for suppressing biomass materials. Generally speaking, the structure of the pressed roller and grinding disc and the configuration of the reduction gearbox are not suitable for pressing biomass materials.
