Due to the low temperature in winter, antifreeze is needed like our cars. Similarly, the biomass pellet machine also needs to strengthen antifreeze in winter. We all know that the structure of the biomass pellet machine is composed of a motor, a reducer, a bearing chamber, and a lubrication system. In the low temperature environment in winter, it will be very difficult to restart the biomass pellet machine if it is shut down for one night. Why?
1. Because the lubricating oil in the gear reducer is frozen. The solution is to add antifreeze to the original lubricating oil, so that the lubricating oil will not be frozen in a cold environment. The full name of antifreeze should be antifreeze coolant, which means coolant with antifreeze function. Antifreeze can prevent the coolant from freezing and bursting the radiator and freezing the engine cylinder block when the machine is shut down in cold seasons.
2. In addition, the biomass pellet machine needs to pay attention to the antifreeze of the lubrication system in winter, because the lithium-based grease high temperature resistant lubricating oil will be very viscous in winter, so a small amount of thin oil needs to be added to the lubricating grease to reduce the viscosity, so as to ensure that the lubrication system will not be blocked by the lubricating grease, thereby ensuring lubrication.
3,.the motor. Although the weather is cold, the heating is not so serious. But for those motors running under overload, due to the low ambient temperature, you don’t feel the temperature rise of the motor so strongly that you don’t even know it is “burning”. Therefore, the motor is not allowed to run under overload in winter.
