Due to the low temperature in winter, the gear bearings of motors, reducers, etc. are in a cold shrinkage state, just like the car warms up for 1-3 minutes in winter. After the biomass pellet machine is started in star-delta mode, do not rush to feed and pelletize immediately. It should idle for three minutes, and then control the feed current of the biomass pellet machine to 50% load for 30 minutes before running at full load.
Once the biomass pellet machine starts normal production, the motor, reducer, and lubricating oil pump are in normal state and can operate normally. If you have lunch or repair the equipment, you do not need to add oil or reheat it within 1 hour.
