First, check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened. First remove the oiling system, remove the main shaft gland, and check whether the disc spring is deformed. If the disc spring is flat, it means that it is time to replace it with a new one.

Then, tighten the locking screw on the main gland, and then turn on the machine to check whether the main shaft is still shaking. If the main shaft is still shaking at this time, then remove the main gland, pad the main shaft with a copper rod, use a sledgehammer to hit the main shaft in the direction of the ring die, and then remove the main shaft sealing cover to check whether the main shaft bearing is intact. Generally, if the gap is too large, the bearing should be removed and replaced with a new bearing, and then the main shaft should be installed and locked in order.

During the installation of the main shaft, pay attention to the square position of the inner ring of the main shaft bearing so that the main shaft can be assembled in place. The distance between the end faces of the two sides of the main shaft and the end faces of the rotating wheel should be kept at about 10 cm. If the gap is too large, the keyway clearance is large, the safety pin clearance is large, the inner wall of the ring die is out of round, etc., the above parts should be replaced. In addition, it should be noted that after the main shaft of the pellet machine is normal, the spacing between the pressure roller and the pressure die should be adjusted correctly.
