The biomass pellet machine is not well formed. Many users take the mold to study all day long, but they don’t know that there are many reasons that affect the forming of the biomass pellet machine. JNSHARE engineers will first show you how the biomass pellet machine is formed:
According to the forming principle of biomass pellets, the basic condition for the lignin in the biomass to be connected together is to have a suitable forming temperature. By increasing the temperature, on the one hand, the lignin contained in the raw material can be softened; on the other hand, the raw material itself can be softened and become easier to compress. Under natural water rate conditions, the softening point temperature of lignin is 80-130℃. When heated to 70-100℃, the adhesion of lignin begins to increase, and it can melt when the temperature reaches 160-250℃. Therefore, the heating temperature of biomass during molding must not be lower than its softening point temperature. The heating temperature not only affects the formability of the raw material, but also affects the working efficiency of the biomass pellet machine. The heating temperature should be adjusted to a range.
