The real reason why the biomass pellet machine is not well formed is here

The biomass pellet machine is not well formed. Many users take the mold to study all day long, but they don’t know that there are many reasons that affect the forming of the biomass pellet machine. JNSHARE engineers will first show you how the biomass pellet machine is formed: According to the forming principle of the biomass pellet machine, the basic condition for the lignin in the biomass to be connected together is to have a suitable forming temperature. By increasing the temperature, on the one hand, the lignin contained in the raw material can be softened; on the other hand, the raw material itself can be softened and become easier to compress. Under natural water rate conditions, the softening point temperature of lignin is 80-130℃. When heated to 70-100℃, the adhesion of lignin begins to increase, and it can melt when the temperature reaches 160-250℃. Therefore, the heating temperature of the biomass during molding must not be lower than its softening point temperature. The heating temperature not only affects the formability of the raw material, but also affects the working efficiency of the biomass pellet machine. The heating temperature should be adjusted to a range. If the temperature is too low, not only the raw material cannot be formed, but also the power consumption increases; if the temperature increases, the motor power consumption decreases, but the forming pressure decreases, the formed product is not squeezed solid, the density decreases, it is easy to break and damage, and the surface of the pellets is overheated and burnt, and the smoke is large.

When the JNSHARE biomass pellet machine is working, the friction between the raw material and the machine parts can heat the raw material to 100℃, and also soften the lignin contained in the raw material, acting as a binder. Finally, it is formed after cooling.

Of course, the above conditions are under the ideal conditions of many factors such as the strength of the biomass raw material, the pressure of the roller, the compression ratio of the mold, the feed amount, and the moisture content of the raw material.

Therefore, if you want to form the biomass pellets well, you must have the above points as a prerequisite. If you want to find out the reasons why the biomass pellet machine is not well formed, you need to check them one by one. JNSHARE engineers will find the reasons for you accurately according to the production conditions on site.
