Working principle, in order to understand the working principle of single rotary dryer we need to understand two aspects first. 1. The direction of materials. The material enters the drum from the inlet, and the drum continuously turns the material over and pours it backward. Finally, after reaching the outlet, the material will enter the air duct, and then enter the cyclone separator from the air duct to separate the material from the wind. After falling into the air closer below, the wind is drawn away from above. After passing through the fan, the dust is removed by the cyclone dust collector at the back. The dust will fall into the air closer below, and the tail gas will be discharged from the top. 2. The direction of hot air. There is a furnace inside the hot air furnace. After adding fuel, hot air is generated. The hot air passes through the material in the drum and takes away the moisture in the material. , the material falls through the cyclone separator, and the wind carrying steam enters the cyclone dust collector behind for discharge. This is the route of the hot air and the material.

The structure of the second type of single rotary dryer is a hot air stove, a drying drum, an air closer, a fan, and a cyclone separator from front to back. The working principle of this structure is that the material enters the dryer at the feed inlet. The dryer turns the material over in the drum and carries the material forward, and then discharges it through the air closer. Let's look at the direction of the hot air. The fan draws the hot air to the dryer drum, passes through the material, brings out the steam inside, and pumps it to the back and out from the upper air outlet. This structure will inevitably extract some materials, because the materials are relatively close to the air outlet, and the materials will also enter the cyclone separator behind, and a lot of materials will be discharged at the bottom. The environment of the entire space will be very poor.
