2. Boiling granulation method: Boiling granulation method is more efficient among several methods. Its principle is to use the wind force blown in from the bottom of the equipment to float the powder pellet and fully contact with the slurry sprayed from the upper spray gun, and then collide with each other to combine into pellets.
The pellet produced by this method are relatively loose, with poor true sphericity and surface finish, which are suitable for manufacturing pellet with low requirements or for pre-processing of other preparations. This method is to configure a small-diameter core tube or isolation tube in the lower center of the boiling granulation tube, and distribute the ventilation area of the bottom hot air ventilation hole plate to be large in the center and small around, so as to form a state where the central hot air flow is greater than the surrounding state. Under the action of different wind forces, the pellet float up from the middle of the core tube in the tube and contact the binder sprayed from the spray gun installed in the center of the bottom, and then bond with the powder dropped from the upper part and settle from the outside of the core tube, forming an up and down circulation flow of the pellets, so as to achieve the purpose of making the pellet grow evenly.
