3. Spray dry granulation method
Spray drying method is the concentrated slurry through the nozzle or centrifugal turntable to form tiny droplets, under the action of high temperature hot air, water quickly evaporated to form dry pellets. The pellets produced by this method have the gap left by the evaporation of water, which is also relatively loose, although it can be continuously produced, the yield is low, and the equipment is huge, and a series of processing equipment such as pre-extraction, filtration and concentration are required. This method is suitable for the manufacture of instant food or Chinese medicine preparations.
