The biomass pellet machine has requirements for the raw materials entering
① The size of the raw materials should be processed to be less than the diameter of the biomass pellets to be made. For example, if we want to make 8mm biomass pellets, the size of the raw materials should be controlled below 8mm. At the same time, the raw materials should preferably be fibrous.
② The moisture content of the raw materials should preferably be 15%-18%, so drying may be required.
③ The temperature of the biomass pellets is 50-80℃. If they are directly bagged, the temperature in the packaging bag will be too high, the pellets will be stuffy, the hardness will not be stable, and they may absorb moisture, causing the pellets to fall apart, so they need to be cooled before bagging.
