1. When installing the pellet machine reducer, special attention should be paid to the centering of the transmission center axis. The centering error should not exceed the use compensation of the coupling used by the reducer. After the reducer is aligned as required, a more ideal transmission effect and a longer service life can be obtained. The installation tolerance of the pellet machine reducer needs to control two points, one is the axis tolerance control of the pellet machine input shaft, and the other is the tolerance control of the output shaft.
2. When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft of the pellet machine reducer, attention must be paid to gentle operation. It is forbidden to use tools such as hammers for rough installation. It is best to use the internal thread of the assembly fixture and the end shaft for installation, and press the transmission parts into the reducer with the force of screwing in the bolts, so as to protect the internal parts of the reducer from damage.
3. There are many types of couplings used in the biomass pellet machine reducer. Because the torque required for biomass pellets during the extrusion process is large, rigid fixed couplings are generally used. This type of coupling is difficult to install. Therefore, controlling the installation work is to control the quality of the equipment. Once improperly installed, the load will increase, which is easy to cause damage to the bearings, and the service life of the input shaft bevel gear will be reduced, and even the output shaft will be broken. This is why some manufacturers replace the broken bevel gear with a new one, but it will still break after a few days.
4. In addition, the reducer of the biomass pellet machine is hoisted and fixed. Fixing is very important. It must be stable and firm. Generally speaking, we should install the reducer on a horizontal foundation or base. At the same time, the oil in the oil drain tank should be able to be discharged, and the cooling air circulation should be smooth. If the reducer is not fixed well and the foundation is unreliable, vibration and other phenomena will occur, and the bearings and gears will be damaged unnecessarily. 5. When necessary, the transmission connection parts of the reducer should be equipped with protective devices. For example, if there are protrusions on the connection parts or gears or sprockets are used for transmission, etc., if the radial load on the output shaft is large, a reinforced type should also be selected.
6. The installation position of the pellet machine reducer should ensure the operation of the staff, including convenient access to the cursor, vent plug and oil drain plug. After the installation of the reducer is completed, the inspector should comprehensively check the accuracy of the installation position in sequence and determine the reliability of each fastener.
7. Before the biomass pellet machine is operated, it is also necessary to prepare for operation. Remove the vent screw plug of the reducer oil pool and replace it with the vent plug. Open the oil level plug screw to check the oil line height, add lubricating oil to exceed the oil level plug screw until the hole overflows, and then screw on the oil level plug and confirm that it is correct before starting the trial operation.
