The biomass pellet machine suddenly produces powder or dust when pressing materials, and the pellets are not formed. What are the possible reasons?
1. The mold has reached the wear cycle. The solution is to replace the mold.
2. The pressed roller has reached the wear cycle. There are many grooves on the surface of the pressed roller, which are used to eat materials. When the ridges are worn away, they cannot be used and the pressed roller needs to be replaced.
3. Material change types. The type of material was changed during feeding. Changes in material types may also cause sudden powder discharge.
4. Changes in moisture content of materials. Materials that are too wet or too dry can also cause powder to come out.
5. The pressure wheel does not rotate. The bearing is locked and does not rotate or the gap between the bearing and the roller skin is too large. Both of these reasons will cause the pressure wheel to not rotate and powder will suddenly come out.
6. The gap between the pressed roller and the mold is inappropriate. The gap between the pressed roller and the mold is generally 0.1-0.15mm. Improper gap will also cause the pellet machine to suddenly produce powder.
