1. If the current of the biomass pellet machine fluctuates greatly and is unstable, first observe the voltage indicator on the electric control box, and then look for other reasons after confirming that the voltage is stable. For example, if you buy a 90KW biomass pellet machine from JINAN SHARE, the current of the pellet machine should be controlled at about 150A for stable operation. All conditions must be based on the premise that the voltage reaches 380V, because if the voltage is low, the motor is in a state of self-protection, and usually compensates for the lack of voltage by increasing the current. Therefore, the current of the biomass pellet machine is unstable at this time.
2. When the feed weight is equal to the discharge weight, the current is stable, which is an ideal state. When the feed weight is greater than the discharge weight, that is to say, a part of the material will remain inside the machine. When the machine is running, it will inevitably work on this part of the material, which will increase the energy consumption of the machine and increase the current. When the feed amount is too small, the current is stable, but the production capacity is reduced, wasting energy. Therefore, uniform feed amount is the key to our control.
3. The material distribution knife is seriously worn, resulting in uneven material distribution; if the material distribution is uneven, the pressing roller will eat unevenly, which will also cause the current to fluctuate.
4. The raw materials contain harder impurities, such as iron blocks or stones. Because when the pressing roller rotates to the position of the stone or iron block, the extrusion force of the equipment increases sharply, causing the current to suddenly increase, and the current will decrease after passing this position.
5. When the gap between the roller mold of the biomass pellet machine is too large, it will cause the mold to eat slowly, the material will be rubbed between the roller mold, the material embedded in the mold will be reduced, the current will not rise, and the output will be reduced. At this time, the roller mold gap needs to be adjusted.
6. Since the biomass pellet machine is a high-energy consumption device, it must be operated at full capacity, but not overloaded. Once overloaded, the machine will stagnate, or even burn out the motor.
