To understand the reasons why the roller bearings of biomass pellet machines are always broken, we must first understand the structure of the roller of the biomass pellet machine: the roller is mainly composed of the roller eccentric shaft, roller shell, roller bearing, etc. The function of the roller is to squeeze the material into the die hole and press it into shape in the die hole. There are two reasons why the roller bearings of biomass pellet machines are burned out:
1. High temperature. Because the roller bearings run at high speed and are affected by the eccentric force of the roller, the roller bearings are affected by the friction force and the extrusion force of the mold, and the temperature naturally rises. Therefore, the lubrication of the bearings is very important. JNSHARE's flat die pellet machine and vertical ring die pellet machine both use roller automatic lubrication technology, which automatically lubricates for 20 seconds every 30 minutes on average, effectively solving the problem of bearing burnout due to manual oiling and lazy operators ignoring lubrication.
2. When the roller rotates at high speed, there will inevitably be gaps, which will cause the fine powder in the sawdust to fly into the roller and mix with grease in the roller bearing, forming friction and heat preservation, which is not conducive to heat dissipation and causes the bearing to burn out. JNSHARE's ring die biomass pellet machine is equipped with a dust removal fan, which effectively avoids the entry of powder and can also cool the roller and mold.
