There are different crushing methods according to different materials, so different crushers has been developed to handle them.
Crusher can be divided into the following five types.
1. Drum crusher is divided into three types according to the shape of the applicable materials. the flying knife blade type, the flying knife tiger claw type, and the flying knife multi-piece tiger claw type.
2. Disc-type crushers are divided into two types, one is a hay cutter used to cut herbs; the other is a disc-type wood chipper used to cut wood and small round wood. The disc crusher is suitable for cutting regular materials.
3. The wood splitter is suitable for particularly thick wood.
4. The shredder, also called fiber shredder, mainly processes long fiber materials such as palm leaves, palm silk, waste fabrics, etc.
5. Cylinder crusher, which is a device with an improved feed port. The import area is large and is suitable for materials that are difficult to feed. It may have a drum structure or a disc structure. When we choose a cylinder crusher, the roller structure must correspond to the material.
