Why do we need cooling equipment to cool the biomass pellets after they come out of the pellet machine? In the process of making biomass pellets, the temperature of the mold can reach 100 degrees or even 120 degrees. In the normal working range, the mold temperature is between 90-120 degrees. The temperature of the manufactured pellets is also very high, even up to 60 degrees. After the pellets come out, they need to be packed in a packing bag. When packing, such a high temperature will produce condensed water, which will remain in the packaging bag, and the pellets will be destroyed when they contact with water. In order to prevent this from happening, the produced pellets need to pass through a cooling device first to cool the pellets to a temperature similar to our room temperature. At this time, our pellets can be packaged and stored.
